My life in words, many words.

Luck, is not my friend.

As I mentioned previously, I gave in my resignation letter with a two week notice. I was all set to go to College on Monday. Just when I was about to pay my fees online today, "The course has been cancelled." I had some challenging courses in the Certificate I am taking - but the most challenging one was Litigation. And out of 10, you choose 7 courses. There are two litigation courses. One was mandatory and part 2 is optional. I was hoping to take 'Criminal Law.' I just completed a degree in Criminology and I was hoping to be the smartest student in the class with all the knowledge that I need for the course. Also, I was hoping for it to be fairly easy as it is my LAST course.

But, of course.. destiny is seldom kind to me in the matters of education and work. Unfortunately, Criminal Law has been cancelled. And all the other possible courses I could take begin in the summer. The only course available starting Monday is... any guesses? Quite obvious.. LITIGATION PART TWO!

I am stuck with it again, and I can only hope that it will be easier this time. I swear, I do not recall a THING from Litigation One. I did the assignments by getting help from classmates. I still have to find out who the professor is. Let's wait till Monday and see what happens.

I am sick AGAIN. I have had the biggest headache since the morning, coughing like crazy and just not feeling well overall. I still managed to work out at the gym for an hour, with loud music in my ears, TRYING to ignore my aching body and headache. I somehow managed the workout but crashed when I came home. I took a 2 hour nap and felt kind of better. I wanted Honey-Lemon Tea from Timmies but no one was home to grab me one and it was too cold for me to get out of bed. Hence, I just remained in bed hoping I'd feel better.

I got up a few hours ago, had the traditional Saturday family dinner and watched some TV with my parents. Now, I figured I'd catch up on blogging. I have no shows to watch either these days. Somebody, please suggest something good.

I did some job-hunting and quickly went over deadlines for Masters. I have decided to go with a College program with co-op instead of pursuing my Masters. I don't wanna make the same mistake as I did with Humber. The Legal Assistant program is honestly horrible. Every law firm is different and unfortunately, you cannot apply your knowledge to the job you're at because every lawyer has their own style of writing, and how they want things done. And, this is a job with attention to detail and you have to bear SO MUCH liability for errors. Because even small errors cost them BIG MONEY. I honestly don't think I am meant for this job. With all the typing, my Carpel Tunnel is getting worse. I have to start wearing my arm brace again at night to get some relief.

I am looking at either Sheridan College, or the University of Saskatchewan for programs in HR with co-op. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know because I could really use some help.
