I have been low on B12 in the past as well. I usually take supplements for a couple of months and then stop. I think it reverts back to the same level (low) when I stop. So, I have to integrate B12 into my daily vitamin intake. Currently, I am taking a multi-vitamin and fish oil supplements, as I previously mentioned. But I am gonna have to add on B12 and Iron as well. Iron supplements make you constipated and I am definitely not looking forward to that. The doctor suggested I should up the intake of vegetables to take care of the constipation. In a way, that's a good thing. I will be eating more veggies (forcibly, ha!) Also, Vitamin C helps ease the intake of Iron into our body. So, I can either take foods with Vitamin C or supplements.
Wow. That's a lot of supplements. I've got multi-vitamin, Vitamin C, B12, Iron & Fish Oil. I am not a pill kind of girl, but I don't have a choice. My Iron is really low.
I was having an issue with my TSH levels, so they drew additional blood for further testing. So, in 3 days, I got 4 little tubes of blood taken out. Generally, it wasn't a good day. I felt sluggish and sleepy all day. I didn't work out today. I didn't eat as per my diet. It's just one of those days. I feel bloated and blah.
I applied for a couple of jobs online and looked into makeup artistry. It is on my bucket list and has been a wish from the bottom of my heart for years and years. So, I am gonna go to an open house this weekend, check out the tuition and length of the program and finally DO IT!
Other than that, Kanchi & I are both getting new outfits for Beeni's dholki and we are pretty excited to perform. It's a different story that we've choreographed only 7% of the entire dance, lol. But it's okay, hopefully, we will get it all done. I hope I am more active the rest of the week. Today is a comfy-couch day for me. I hope all of you had a productive day!
