This is one of those cute Tumblr pictures. I thought I could use it to elaborate my experiences with each one, because I have done everything on the list there =) yay!
Get coffee.
Our first date was a coffee date. It wasn't planned. I was supposed to go study at the library, but after a brief meeting of 15 minutes, he seemed so interesting that I chuck my plan. I came out of the library and called him again, so we could go for coffee. Coffee dates is our thing, because he loved getting a hot chocolate in the winters. We would just sit in the parking lot for an hour and sip coffee in the car heat. He has my order memorized =)
Take dumb pictures.
We've done that. I just never upload the dumb ones, lol. Trust me, you don't want to see them.
Watch movies.
Like coffee, watching movies is another one of those things that we love doing. We go for the first show for many releases on the day of their release, usually a Friday. Sometimes, we go for random movies when we have nothing else to do. I don't think we've spared any local theatre. We've been to Albion Cinemas more than 10 times for Hindi movies. We've been to Silvercity Brampton and Empire Studios at Square One. And since Rainbows Cinemas Woodbine has a small screen cinema with a total of 15 seats, we actually enjoy that intimate environment and watch English movies there. He cannot watch a movie without popcorn, and his favorite, Coke. I believe we've watched at least 30 movies over the last year. Probably more..
Go on long walks.
Now, the walks may not have been that long. But we've definitely walked together. We went to the Humber Arboretum in the summer and took a long walk till the trail ended. We did a long painful walk downtown on his birthday, with my heels on. The walks are not enjoyable for me, lol. He definitely wishes I was more of an outdoor person.
Sing stupid songs.
Okay, every time I get into his car. He has to sing. If he's in the washroom, he sings. If he takes a walk from his bedroom to the kitchen, he sings. There is nothing I can do to stop it, although I wish I could. Sorry honey, you're not much of a singer. But it makes me laugh, so continue doing that =P
Hold hands.
Always. Everywhere. No words needed. Even thought he man hates PDAs, he ends up holding my hand himself at practically every public location.
Wake up to see the sunrise.
We talked one night from 2:00 am till 6:00 am. I may have been under the influence of a slight percentage of alcohol, LOL. I talk a lot whenever that happens :) and the sun popped up in the window. So, practically.. it's not "waking" up to see the sunrise. It's pretty much staying up till sunrise.
Travel to somewhere new.
We did that. Details prohibited on the blog. Too many blabber-mouths and haters out there.
Listen to nice music.
This dude has never burnt more than TWO CDs in the entire year. So, we never get to hear nice music. But I always play mine, so that makes up for it.
Watch the sunset.
The most beautiful example of this was his birthday. Watching sunset from the top of CN Tower was just a wonderful experience. I loved every moment of sitting there, and wish we could do it again at night-time.
And that completes the list. I have a lot of time on my hands today since it's my day off and I am up to date with my studies, except I have a midterm on Monday that I need to still start studying for. But oh well. I am gonna go get ready to return some things at Bramalea! I hope everyone has a great Friday!
