Yesterday was possibly the worst day of 2016 for me for various reasons.
I don't want to get into the sob-fest but instead I want to discuss how to get over it.
What to do when you are having a bad day:
Eat a bucket full of ice cream (I had a McFlurry yesterday, couldn't help it).
Watch a movie with a friend. (I went and watched Bad Moms with Sweeta last night)
Get on the phone with your biggest champion (your mother) and talk it out (I texted her yesterday).
Give yourself a long, relaxing bubble bath.
Light some candles and listen to music.
Remember, that things are a lot worse for others. So, your problem is a teeny-tiny issue, and not the end of the world like you are imagining it to be.
Watch friends and laugh a little.
Work out and sweat real good.
Meditate/deep breathe.
Clean like a mad woman!

Those are all the things that I enjoy doing when I am upset. And I have some crazy people in my life that will tell me to shut up and get in their cars in order to go turn around the bad day I am having.
And then I realize how blessed I actually am.
