Well, hello again!
Who doesn't like a post that lets them brag about themselves? I surely don't =P but the requirements of this challenge are forcing me to write about myself, you see. It is SO not voluntary.
Where do I begin? I am a Libra. My birthday month is October.
Not only is October my birthday month but it has many other festivities. It's a happy month for me! It's my brother's birthday. All the good festivals such as: Dussehra, Diwali, & Karvachauth fall into this month. Well, they used to. Diwali is now in November from the last couple of years. Not only is this month popular for Asian festivals but it is also very popular for Halloween! I simply love October. The only thing I hated about October was - university midterms. Argh! In addition, I have tonnes of friends whose birthdays are in October - specifically Puneet from India! =)
Now onto my zodiac.. this post will be of interest to my Libran friends!
I will be using excerpts from various websites in italics. Under the phrases, I will compare how true they are.

I could not agree more. I can start an argument myself and end it too, lol. I love debates. When I used to be in my lectures.. and if someone had an interesting question about a topic.. I'd start fidgeting to raise my hands and give in my two cents.

Ha-ha. Guilty as charged. Clean freak! That doesn't need to be said. All my Facebook friends know that I update "cleaning" as my status more than anything else. I am obsessed with keeping clean and the spic and span comment is absolutely correct. And about being suspicious.. there were times Nish would ask me why I am NEVER jealous. He was surprised how I can trust him so much.. being suspicious is just not in my nature, my friend.

Hi. Story of my life. All throughout high school - very gullible and used by many people. A chick made me do her homework for an entire semester. It wasn't even bullying, she was just good with manipulation and I just didn't know how to say no. Also, I was a people pleaser. Didn't get me anywhere.

Gosh.. I am not even picking these particular phrases. These are the first few phrases off these websites. And they are very true. I've always been naturally flirty. I can't help it. It's embedded within my nature but it is always harmless. It never goes anywhere. Like, I am getting a sandwich at Subway and I pass on a compliment to the cashier. That's it. That's the definition of flirting in my life. The difference is, other women THINK it.. and I have the guts (and urge) to SAY it. And about equality - bang on!

Yeah.. hundred percent true except, I don't think all people take my comments very genuinely. I mean everything in a very genuine manner but the other person may not take it in the same manner. I absolutely hate confrontations. I don't do them. I just don't like talking. If some shit happened between me and a friend.. and if I happened to meet them 2 years later.. I'd FORGET what happened. This is because I don't keep grudges unless something VERY heartbreaking happened.

Depression? Sounds familiar. That is every second day for me. All of my friends hate me for this. They hate that I deactivate and go underground and stop talking. But hey.. if you guys have noticed I haven't deactivated in more than 6 months. That is progress ;)

I agree. I SUCK at taking decisions. This is probably my biggest negative trait. And yes, I tend to argue when I am moody.

I think my friends would be in a better position to comment here. I think I do a pretty good job keeping secrets anyway. I don't do the whole 3-way or 4-way thing that many women I know do. I am loyal towards my close friends. I take offense for them even if something has been said in their absence. Nish knows that!

I could not agree more. I can't do games in love. I won't say I never played games, because I did in the past, when I wasn't in love. But once I am committed, no bullshit please.

On my dresser right now: Burberry Brit, Juicy Couture Viva La Juicy, Hypnotic Poison, Mariah Carey's Forever, Cabotine, Marc Jacobs Lola, Givenchy Dahlia, D&G Light Blue & Versace Pink Jeans. For body sprays, I got 2 really old ones from Victoria's Secret and 2 new ones from Bath & Body Works in Cashmere Glow and Midnight Pomegranate. I am a sucker for fragrances. I make Nish buy the most sensual colognes, LOL.

We've had to work on this.. and that's why it took us a while to get it working. But, now it's all settled. And this is 100% true. Damn, what isn't true? I am a total book Libra!
Other interesting facts:-
- One thing came up in my research - Libras are known for their dimples. I have a visible dimple!
- Librans are known for their smile - which is usually considered charming or at least eye catching - I don't know about that but I've been told I look very ugly when I frown, lol.
- The Libra birthstone is SAPPHIRE! For those of you who don't know.. I always wanted a Vera Wang ring.. not because it is ridiculously expensive or designer.. because the signature style of every ring is a hidden Sapphire =)
