99 Reasons

The previous blog just made me feel GREAT about my relationship. I have never conformed to that kind of pressure with my man. He is a gorgeous man with a heart of Gold. He loved me when I was overweight, and he loves me the same today - okay, may be a little bit more. But my physical appearance never got in the way. He is the man that ate SALADS with me when I was dieting/gymming, trying to reach my goal. He does anything and everything to encourage me. His ways of encouragement may be a bit off, but I know he means well for me. Since, I am sleepy, and so tired (because I am not used to working, lol), I am still gonna write the following reasons because I love you so much.

I am gonna write 100 reasons why I love you, so I can look back at these and smile. And I am sure you will be smiling more than me. I am not gonna do all of them in this blog, but some new reasons in every post =)

99. He made me an omelette and ginger tea early in the morning while I was studying for my exams. He forcefully fed me because he said I won't be able to give it my best without a hearty breakfast. 

98. He secures all my gifts which truly shows how much they mean to him. He still hasn't finished my Valentine's Day candy because he wants to make everything last. He takes off the watch carefully too :) lol it's cute. He doesn't let his room-mates eat a piece of chocolate out of the box that I occasionally bring for him.

97. He pulls down my top when it's rolling up from the back. He has his eyes on my clothes more than I do. 

96. No one can beat his romantic ideas. He's the most romantic person I've ever met in my entire life. No one has ever surprised me in a way that he has. I just have too many precious memories to savour for the rest of my life.

95. I had a throat infection this morning and I got to work 5 minutes late in the morning. I had difficulty working till lunch. I called him and told him about it. He came to meet me in my lunch break and give me my own travel-size Tylenol Strength that I can carry in my purse. *hugs*

94. I never have to ask him if he loves me. He makes me feel like he does, EVERY day.

93. He loves my parents like his own. 

92. He always notices my nail-polish colour and the jewelry I am wearing. It's so flattering to have him notice all that. Finally some guy understands that we make an effort dressing up, for YOU.

91. He takes unexpected pictures of me, the days I look cute and happy - which are rare, btw. (LOL)

90. He has my food orders memorized for almost every place we eat. He knows my favorite desserts, colours, clothes and taste in general. I never even have to open my mouth when we go places.

89. He calls me just to give me a kiss and tell me that he loves me.

88. He is doing a birthday count down 15 days before. He reminds me every day that my birthday is coming up and that it's going to be special.

87. He proudly introduces me to all his co-workers, friends and family.

86. He never lies or pretends.

85. He gives me space. He knows I like watching my shows, and not being on the phone 24/7. We can sometimes go days without talking because we're both so busy. But because we have a great understanding, nothing ever changes. 

84. Sometimes, a few words can make a world of difference. I love it when he says, "I love you." But it makes me extra happy when he says, "I love you so much.." =)

83. He doesn't embarrass easily. We do the stupidest things when we're together. And he says the stupidest things to people when we're out. My face almost always turns red and I run away from the scene but he doesn't. 

82. I love the way he looks at me when I am happy. The smile he has on his face is different than any other smile when I AM all happy and giggly. Knowing that I am the reason for his happiness always makes me happy.

81. He will buy anyone food when they're hungry. I cannot even count the amount of lunches/dinners he's bought for my friends. He's such a gentleman.

80. He believes in me. He is the only one to lift me up when everyone else is putting me down. He always wishes me good luck before a test or a job interview. He makes me believe that I will ace my test and be the best candidate out of others. 

79. He spoils me. A lot. He buys me clothes every now and then, without me having to ever tell him to take me out shopping. And he has a good taste in jewelry.

78. Children love him, which makes him all-the-more lovable.

77. He picks out the best cards. I don't know which Hallmark he goes to because whenever I go, I rarely find a card that BEST captures our current relationship situation. His cards are always top-notch with the most perfect writing.

76. From the past year, he has saved my name as 'Love' on his phone. Every time I call him and see that on his iPhone, it makes me smile. When I am calling him at work and his co-workers see it, they make a lot of fun of him, and I love the fact that he can stand by the fact that he loves his woman.

75. For all the compliments he gives me. He makes me feel like a princess. I remember receiving a rose with a card that said, "Even this beautiful rose won't do justice to your beauty..."

74. He makes sound financial decisions. He will research a topic before he takes an action, just like me. He will make sure that he is getting a good deal while also saving money. 

73. He is available for me anytime, anywhere. 

72. The days I seem really tired, he kind of stands over my shoulder to rub my neck and massage my shoulders. I stop him within the first 15 seconds even though I thoroughly want to enjoy a massage. I just don't want him to do the work, lol.

71. He will drive me to three Dairy Queens to see which one is open, even when they are completely out of the area. He knows what ice cream means to me, LOL.

70. He makes me feel safe. He is the type of guy you see in movies, who won't let another man even peep at you. I knew this before we even started to officially date. He's the kind of guy who will walk beside you on the sidewalk, making sure that I walk on the inside of the sidewalk while he walks on the roadside. He always makes sure I am completely safe.

69. This one is easy - he just called me 5 minutes ago to remind me to take Tylenol, or else my throat will be worse by tomorrow morning. He also instructed me to go see the doctor tomorrow, first thing in the morning.

68. This reminds me that he takes such good care of me when I am sick. When I text and say, "Sorry, I can't talk on the phone because I have a sore throat." He calls me anyway and before I say anything, he says; "Okay, don't talk.. I don't want you to say a word.. just listen to me." And then he gives me a lecture about how I don't take care of myself and that I should try to from now. 

67. Because he pretended to be my husband at a doctor's clinic, LOL. I was faking to get a sick note for school :$ He went along with my terrible acting skills. Love you, and I am sure you enjoyed the experience.

66. Because he got my mom a beautiful bouquet, a card, and Ferrero Rocher's on her birthday. He especially went to her workplace to deliver it. Who wouldn't want a son-in-law like that?

65. Because he can admit that I can do some things better than him. Generally, men don't really admit to that easily because their ego gets in the way. He knows I bargain better than him, lol. I bargained for the sectional couch he just bought! He gave me a big hug outside the furniture store after ordering it! He's not the type to bargain. He will pay you whatever amount you tell him. I am the money-saver!

64. He puts me before anybody else. There are no other priorities - work, money, friends. I come before everyone else and I know that if I was in any kind of trouble - he'd be the one to save me.

63. Because he cleans up his room whenever I come over. This is because he knows how much I hate mess.

62. Because he made such a WONDERFUL sketch of me. Enough said.

61. He texts me from everywhere - even his washroom LOL. Haven't we all done this at some point?

60. Just because he is such a sweetheart. He will sacrifice his own will, his own plans, his own desires to fulfill mine.

59. Because he says I look better in suits and sarees than dresses and booty shorts.


I think that's all I have for now. My throat is starting to get worse. I am gonna take the Tylenol he asked me to, and head to sleep. I hope everyone has a great weekend! I know I am =)
