A little fashion rant

Okay. I am kinda tired of thinking about this to myself, so I am gonna put it out there. I am not a jeans person. I feel uncomfortable in jeans after a few hours. My fashion heaven is leggings/jeggings. And here's what - it's really not hard to wear them right.

All you gotta know is three rules:-
1. Please don't pair up a super cute outfit with your leggings, and then ruin it by wearing hideous shoes (that is closed-toe SHOES as in runners). Please wear flats, or sandals, or heels? And for now - try BOOTS. It is the best fashion accessory of winter. Pair them up with your UGGs or knee-high boots. Anything but running shoes!

2. Tunics are usually on sale usually from $5 - 15. Please buy one! You cannot, again (CANNOT) wear jeggings as your JEANS with a short top. I mean, think of the word "jeggings" - don't sprain any muscles thinking it up - let's just say jeggings are leggings designed to look like jeans, but AREN'T jeans. So don't wear them like jeans? I am not against people with a camel-toe. I have one too, and quite frankly I don't care :) but no one needs to SEE it in public when you're walking across Square One. And I mean, NO ONE needs to see all the fabric tightened up against your hoo-haa! Therefore, just wear a LONG top with your leggings/jeggings. That's what they are meant to be worn with. If not long, then wear a normal length top - not short enough to see things people don't wanna see. Unless you are comfortable with showing the pesky little ripples around your thigh and butt area. The only place I wanna see them is in the privacy of my own washroom - I don't know about you!

3. Throw your leggings/jeggings out if rule #1 and #2 are applicable to you. Like, please! Because NO ONE in their right mind should wear leggings that DO NOT cover their Va-jay-jay! Okay?

Basically - jeggings are not jeans, if you wanna wear jeans, wear JEANS. Don't mix up the two products to come with a disgusting combination. Thank you :)
Again,  not trying to offend anyone!

  1. Im just wondering what the story is behind this rant lol.

Camel toes are embarrassing as fuck. This is why I NEVER wear leggings, jeggins, whatever the fuck.

jeans, tank top, hoody, and uggs? Yes please.

  2. LOL the story behind this is quite obvious! I am at Humber practically everyday to study. And no offense but I see these wanna-be chics from India trying to dress up and stuff. But hello, hide your camel toe at least?

I can like see guys giggling at them. And their mentality is dirtier than crap. Like actual, crap.

  4. Dear hater,

Please specify the correlation between having a camel toe and the tendency of somenoe being a wanna-be (to follow certain trends or fashions)?

Once, you DISCOVER a correlation. Kindly, get back to me :)

  5. Ahh, yeah. The camel toes are super embarrassing. I duno, this is why I dont go near leggings and all of that stuff.

But leggings and running shoes is a little weird?
I mean skinny jeans and running shoes is too?
Actually running shoes is just weird with practically everything except gym shorts ? But to each their own I guess? lol

and Lol at the other Anonymous post about the camel-toes and wannabe chicks.

  6. LOL the running shoes was the actual basis upon which I made my wanna-be argument, because Humber is a college constituted of 75% international students. Praise the lawd, I don't know where the domestic students are at. And I ACTUALLY see chics wearing them!

About the anonymous comment, people have weird ways to show their jealousy/envy against you :S

  7. Well I notice the running shoes endemic too.
It annoys the crap out of me.
I know its wrong, to each their own, free country, blablablabla.
    But FUCK, seriously.

    WHY.!?

  11. i am guessing only women hate on other men, by making comments such as slut/whore

men have better ways to get at ya!

but you never know! exes could do the same!

  12. Thats true Lol.
This is why I never use the term whore or slut. Prostitute just TECHNICALLY does not apply to most girls, and if it does, then it does Lol.

But I usually find that most girls call chicks sluts or whores if they are prettier, smarter, or nicer, or watever .
Oh shes soo pretty look at the way she dresses, what a slut.
Shes talking to the guy you like? What a slut!
She has a hot body you want, my god, have you seen a bigger slut in your life!?

Lol women are funny, and then we bitch about it when men call us sluts and whores.

  13. LMFAO Kari!

That was probably the truth of most women out there! Jealousy is like this inherent disease in them.. Whatever happened to admiring and appreciating others..rather than being a sore and bitter person.

Oh well. Reading comments like this makes me feel that I must be doing something right :P

  14. Well, the irony of the situation is that on the internet trolls are usually the attention seeking whores.

Ergo, our Anonymous poster just proved to us she (?) is an attention seeking whore merely by posting that comment.

  15. It's easy to keep lurkers off; by simply choosing the option of Anonymous posters NOT being able to comment. I left it open for a purpose, and the purpose was to be inclusive of all people who want to comment (without their identity being shown).

    But these people.. *sigh*
Try commenting now "attention seeking whore!"
